The chief end of man is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever, and worship is an essential aspect of glorifying the Lord. Trinity is committed to worshiping God as He has revealed Himself in the Scriptures.
Worship includes biblical elements such as reading the Scriptures, preaching Gods’ Word, prayer, singing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs to the Lord, and the sacraments of the Lord's Supper and Baptism. Everything we do is to be based on the Scriptures.
An old adage is taken to heart at Trinity –
“Sing the Bible, Pray the Bible, Preach the Bible”
It is our desire to have excellence in all things, and all things for the glory of God. This includes our worship of the Lord in music. Trinity’s music includes good traditional hymns as well as uplifting, exalting, biblical contemporary songs too.
We like to use a variety of instrumentation and use the giftedness of the people that God has blessed us with in our congregation. We have used instruments including piano, keyboard, viola, flute, clarinet, cello, horn and guitar. But this is only the beginning; as God continues to bless this joyful congregation, we will continue to use our voices and talents to praise Him! Our intent is have an orchestral sound and eventually with full choir… not there yet but that is our hope.
Come join us. Use your gifts to sing or to play an instrument unto the Lord, but most important, come and worship our great God and King!
