OUR MISSION (calling) is in obedience to Christ's Great Commandment (Matthew 22:36-40) and His Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8).

"TRINITY CHURCH is called to glorify and enjoy God in personal and corporate worship, and to proclaim the gospel of the crucified and resurrected Christ to our community and around the world."

Stated another way, our mission is "To know Him and to make Him known!"

Exalt God in worship by being a God-centered, Grace-oriented, Bible-teaching church.  At Trinity, we emphasize God-honoring, enthusiastic worship as a congregation on the Lord's Day.  Trinity is a church where the Word of God is faithfully taught & applied to our lives.  By the grace of God, at Trinity, you will spiritually grow in your understanding of the Bible.  God's Word is timeless, relevant, and just as fresh to us today as when it was first given because God is an infinite, eternal God.  God's Word is emphasized in every area of ministry (Sunday worship, Sunday school, small groups, in prayer, in song, etc.)  Trinity will also teach & encourage believers to love the Lord their God with all their heart 24x7 (at home in personal & family worship) & in the community (at the workplace, across the backyard fence, at the soccer field or band recital).  God calls us to glorify Him with the entirety of our lives."

By God's grace, to evangelize our community & the world.  To evangelize means to bring the good news of the Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world - that in Christ you can be forgiven of all your sins, and receive the free gift of eternal life.  It is the greatest story ever told, about the greatest person who ever lived, and the greatest offer ever given.  In Christ, our sins have been nailed to the cross, paid for through His death & resurrection, and through Him, we become a child of a loving, heavenly Father with all the rights and privileges of His son.  Most people will never come through the church's doors to hear such great news.  Therefore, it is Trinity's vision to the take the gospel to our community (as the 70's song goes... Taking it to the Streets).  Our vision is to equip believers on how to lovingly & confidently share their faith in Christ & provide opportunities to share.  Also realizing that the majority of people that come to Christ by faith come through vibrant, healthy, evangelistic churches.  Trinity's vision is also to be a church that is constantly pregnant.  What we mean by that is we desire to continually plant new churches in our community and throughout the world (starting new churches and sending missionaries to other nations to do the same)."
